About Folding Signs
Folding Signs are structures that are installed in highly visible areas where a sign presence during the working week is undesirable because of regularity restrictions. It is typically opened on a Friday evening or Saturday morning and then closed at the end of the day Sunday.
The sign is typically a wooden structure with posts set in concrete.
The sign face closes onto itself (i.e. folds). The sign face is three panels and the right and left sides fold to the middle, thus making the sign disappear.
It is usually placed on a site that is leased by MSI (ground lease paid for by client) or client's land.
The structure is owned by MSI.
